We partner with startups, SMEs, and large corporations to deliver data-driven solutions for capital raising, M&A, and financial restructuring, helping them navigate complex financial decisions and achieve sustainable growth.

We seek a highly analytical and agile Senior Financial Analyst to join our Advisory team. You will lead financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution while providing strategic insights to clients across diverse industries. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for corporate finance and a track record of delivering high-impact results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (CIFA/CFA/ACA) are a strong plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory.
  • Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP and valuation methods (precedent transactions, multiples).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate complex models (DCF, LBO, M&A) to support capital raising, restructuring, and investment decisions.
  • Lead due diligence, prepare investor materials (pitch decks, teasers, IM), and manage deal execution.
  • Provide actionable insights on capital structure, risk assessment, and market trends.
  • Work closely with senior management and clients to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct industry research, company valuations, and benchmarking.
  • Support due diligence processes and transaction execution.
  • Provide strategic insights on capital structure, fundraising, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to drive financial decision-making.
