Joshua Mutuku

Managing Partner

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Commerce Finance & Accounting degree from Strathmore University He is also Certificate Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA-K) and a Globally Accredited Financial Analyst (AFA). Joshua is member and fellow of the Global Academy of Finance and Management (USA) and a member of Institute of Certified Investments and Financial Analysts.

With over a decade of experience in financial management, corporate finance, and strategic financial planning, Joshua has held senior leadership positions, including Finance Director at Pawame Kenya Limited, Group Treasurer at Centum Investment Company Plc and Administration and Special Projects Lead at Straatwerk Cape Town (South Africa).

He currently serves as Co-founder and Investment Director at Seal Advisory Limited and Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer at Infutureweb technologies Limited, where he leverages his expertise to drive business growth and financial strategy.

FMVA Godfrey Ndegwa

Managing Partner

Godfrey Ndegwa brings over 10 years of finance and investment expertise as Executive Director at Seal Associates, where he leads financial strategy, capital mobilization, and corporate governance. Previously as Finance Manager at Vipingo Development Ltd, he secured USD 45 million in project financing. He holds a Master’s in Tax & Customs Administration from Moi University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Strathmore University, complemented by Financial Modeling & Valuation certification. Godfrey excels in financial modeling, budgeting and performance analysis using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to drive strategic decisions and has successfully raised multi-million-dollar investments for impact-driven initiatives.
CPA Paul Githuku

Managing Partner

Paul Wambugu Githuku is a tax professional with over five years of experience in tax, auditing, accounting, and finance. As a former Senior Tax Consultant at Mathenge & Associates and co-founder of Seal Associates, he specializes in tax preparation, statutory deductions, financial reporting, and auditing. Paul holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA K). He has successfully helped clients recover refunds, reduce penalties, and navigate complex tax issues, while demonstrating proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Pastel, and Zoho. His strong problem-solving and communication skills enhance his professional contributions.
